- Pelletizers
- A “fan cutter” pelletizer, unlike conventional drum-type cutters, whittles down pellet surfaces like no other. By trimming down the sides, we’ve allowed for adjustment of the hardness and cutting of elastomer, which has been challenging until now. When processing high concentration filler resin, such as glass filler resins, it also improves pellet quality by reducing the number of cracks and chips in the pellets.
- Colorimeters (CCM)
- Color has become a major component in product quality control. These devices make use of color difference meters, spectrophotometers, and then quantify the data to be used as a color management system. It uses light wavelength, light reflection, creating color data, etc. and is indispensable for any manufacturer working with dyes and pigments.
